Ultimately, he helped me find my dream 2-unit building and negotiated a great price! Chris is an absolute gem! He is practically the patron saint of first time home buyers. As a solo first time buyer who was extremely anxious over the largest purchase of my life, I took the opportunity to offload a lot of my anxiety and distress throughout the home buying process onto him and he gladly absorbed it. Having never worked with an agent before, I was working off stereotypical assumptions that they're just kinda icky and pushy but Chris is the opposite. He's genuine and a great person to have in your corner - patient, kind, and very knowledgeable about both the process as well as the neighborhood I was buying in (He'll talk about his old neighborhood with a wistful nostalgia that is dreamy enough for anyone to want to move there). Lastly, he made an appearance at my closing because I was (very) nervous and wanted to see a familiar face. This is something I later learned was completely out of the norm and not standard practice - proof he really will do whatever it takes to ensure you feel good about your entire homebuying process. I would work with him again in a heartbeat!

As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions, and Chris did his best to address all of them throughout the process. After we got in a car accident on our way to an additional viewing of the property we ended up purchasing, Chris went himself to measure the dimensions of an area we'd had questions on. He was also able to get us a last minute viewing to show my parents when they came to town. I couldn't imagine the home buying process without his direction, and will definitely be recommending him to others looking to buy in Chicago.

Chris was outstanding to work with! He was incredibly patient with me as I had been looking for a condo since June 2022. He offered excellent advice as far as what's reasonable to offer for a condo (he gave me the exact right number for my offer). Chris knows a lot about the area, and can tell you where to get anything you might need for your home! Chris referred me to everyone I needed to talk to in order to purchase a condo and helped me so much as a first time homebuyer. He's also very accessible, if you need anything he's a text message away. Chris is really friendly, reliable, and an excellent person to have on your team.
